My Record is Frozen

Modified on Tue, 6 Aug, 2024 at 8:13 AM

Records are automatically frozen after 60 days of inactivity for added security.

If your record is frozen, you can unfreeze it yourself:

  1. Access your record as usual.
  2. On the unfreeze page, click the Send Unfreeze Email button.
  3. We will send an email to your registered email address with a link to unfreeze your record.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete the unfreezing process.

If you do not receive the unfreeze email, please check your inbox, including your spam or junk mail folders. If the email is still not found, you may need to retry the process or contact support for further assistance.
